What is Mosaic Merch?
From time to time we have created different shirts, hats, and other apparel with our name and/or logo, and always have people ask how they can get one. Mosaic Merch is a convenient way for us to be able to offer that to people, as well as try out new designs and products.
Do you make any money?
We don't make any money on the products we sell. There is a very slight up-charge to each item to cover the cost of the online shop. (see below)
How are payments taken/Is my payment secure?
The shop is powered by Shopify, and they process all of our billing and payments using their secure platform.
How long will it take to receive my order?
As soon as we receive your order it is sent to our vendor for processing. Unfortunately, we have no control over how long that takes. However, typically, you should receive your order with 10-14 business days. That being said, you should receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
I still haven't received my order.
If you still haven't received your order after 20 business days please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I request a refund or exchange?
Our refund and exchange guidelines are set by our vendor so it is a case by case basis. We will typically refund or replace items that are defective, damaged, or there is an issue with the printing. However, we will not be able to refund or exchange items due to issues regarding size, so please follow the sizing guidelines on each product page. To read our full refund/exchange policy click here.

What size should I order?
Typically, you should be fine to order your regular sizes. However, if you are uncertain, each product page contains a sizing chart. We recommend following those guidelines to ensure your order fits properly.
