Over the past 18, we have experienced an incredible move of God. What began with 8 people sitting around a kitchen table has exploded into a movement that is seeing people from all walks of life coming to know the love of Christ.
We believe the reason why is simple.
In Luke 15, Jesus tells a parable of a shepherd who has 100 sheep. But when one of them is lost, he leaves behind the 99 to go after the ONE.
We believe God's hand is on us because we are committed to chasing after the ONE.
Dear Mosaic Church Family,
Every now and then God gives His people a moment – a moment that asks us to step out in faith, to sacrifice and to commit to something greater than ourselves. God has placed one of those moments in front of us, in front of each of us that calls Mosaic our church.
Over the past few years, we have been seeing God’s hand on our church, and we are seeing lives being transformed, families being put back together, and people placing their faith in Christ.
Our church family is growing and as both our church and our city continue to grow, we find ourselves at a pivotal moment. Our current spaces are stretched, but we don’t see that as a problem—we see it as an invitation from God to prepare room for the people He is still sending.
FOR THE ONE
isn’t about buildings – it’s about creating space to invite more people into the boat. Space for children to discover how deeply they are loved by God. Space for students to grow in their faith. Space for families to find community. Space for those who are lost to finally find a home. This vision guide is an invitation into a journey of prayer, faith, and generosity. Over the coming weeks, we’re asking every person in our church family to seek God and listen for how He may be calling you to participate. This is not about equal gifts, but equal faith. We believe God is doing something extraordinary in this moment. As we step forward together, we trust Him to do far more than we could ask or imagine—For The One.

Lead & Founding Pastors
From the very beginning, we have worked hard to create a church that focuses more on function over form. Our spaces are intentionally designed to be flexible, so that they can support a wide variety of needs.
This kind of flexibility allows for usage seven days a week, at (nearly) any time of day. Whether it be for Sunday services, Bible studies, Connect Groups, worship nights, and more.
The highlights are:
Expand our West Auditorium to increase seating from 570 to over 900. Build a new addition to the west side of the building to provide office spaces, an A/V technical room, green room, storage, and baptism staging areas.
Renovate current Nursery/Preschool to become new Central Foyer. Build a new addition onto the Central Foyer creating a new main entrance.
Build new, 5,000 sq. ft. space for children, ages birth–kindergarten.
Renovate East Auditorium to increase seating from 300 to 400.
Expanded, paved, lighted parking lot. Increase available parking spaces from under 200 to nearly 400, and increase entrances/exits from one to three.
Build a caretaker's home at our partner orphanage in Chihuahua, Mexico.

If you don't have a dream that makes you dependent on GOD, you need to get a bigger DREAM.
A vision of this magnitude can only be realized through deep prayer, full generosity, and expectant obedience. It requires everyone to seek God’s guidance in stewarding what He’s entrusted to them, to give in significant and sacrificial ways, and to serve humbly and faithfully in order to change lives and transform our communities.

Frequently
Asked
Questions
What is the For The One initiative?
For The ONE is a two-year journey in generosity in which the people of Mosaic Church will combine their faith, and finances, to continue to reach Greeley/Evans, and the surrounding areas with the love and grace of Jesus.
The initiative focuses mainly on renovating, and expanding, on our current location to increase capacity. However, it will also fully fund a new caretaker's home at our partner orphanage, Casa Hogar Palabra de Vida, in Chihuahua, Mexico.
What is the financial goal of the campaign?
Our two-year goal is $4 Million. This includes what it will take to maintain current operations for 2 years, as well as fund the initiative projects.
Our current operating budget is right around $1 Million dollars per year. Our goal is to raise additional $1 Million each year to hit our goal. During this two-year period, every dollar given to Mosaic will count towards this initiative.
Why are we doing this?
If you have attended a Sunday Service at Mosaic between 2025-2026 you know, we are at capacity, especially in our kids ministries.
While this is exciting, we also believe it is just the beginning. We have to do this, because heaven and hell are real, and God is trusting us to help find His "lost sheep."
What is the Commitment Card and how will it be used?
The Commitment Card helps you prayerfully express your two-year giving plan. It includes:
We will submit our Commitment Cards on Commitment Sunday (March 29th).
The information will be used to track progress, as well as to help us secure funding with our bank.
We value your privacy. Your commitment will be handled with complete discretion and will only be seen by a small, trusted team responsible for tracking initiative progress. All cards will be kept strictly confidential.
What if I have never given before?
You are right on time!
This is the perfect opportunity to take your first step in faith and generosity. Even a small monthly commitment over two years can make a huge difference.
Can I give non-cash gifts (stocks, assets, crypto, etc.)?
Yes! Giving non-cash assets can be one of the most strategic and impactful ways to contribute to the For The ONE initiative. We accept:
Why consider giving this way?
Non-cash giving can unlock generosity that feels wise, faithful, and financially sound.
Visit our non-cash page to give assets such as stocks, crypto, or DAFs.
Or contact Monica DeJesus if you need assistance with other forms of non-cash giving.
When will construction begin and how long will it take?
Construction will begin as soon as possible. In fact, we are already meeting with the city in an effort to move forward with our parking lot.
How long is my commitment?
For the One is a two-year initiative that will begin in March 2026 and close in spring 2028.
Can I adjust my commitment if life changes?
Absolutely! Ultimately, your commitment is between you and God.
However, if your financial situation changes, you can increase, decrease, or pause your giving at any time.
Do I need to change my recurring giving?
All donations during the For the One initiative will go into the same fund for the duration of the 2 years. So you will only need to change your giving if you intend to change the recurring amount.
Will the church have to close during construction?
We are working with builders who understand that we will need to continue having services during construction. They have created plans to build in phases, which will allow us to continue having service on Sundays throughout the process. That being said, if we do have to close (or go to church online) it will be for a maximum of 1-2 weeks.
