The Mosaic Community Impact Team exists to love our people right here in our own backyard. We do this by serving and partnering with local schools, neighborhoods, and organizations throughout our community.
From supporting Prairie Heights Middle School and serving families at Joe P. Martinez Gardens Apartments, to showing up for community events across Northern Colorado, our heart is to meet real needs, build meaningful relationships, and reflect the love of Jesus in practical ways.

This team is led by Erik and Shawna Disparti, who have called Greeley, Colorado home for over 20 years, where they raised their boys and invested deeply in the community. Through years of involvement in local projects, and owning businesses that met real needs, they have a deep love for Northern Colorado and for seeing Jesus at work in people’s lives.
