Jeremiah DeJesus was born and raised in New York City, where he met his wife, Estefany, and welcomed their first son, Elijah. He is the eldest son of Mosaic’s Worship Pastor, Benjy DeJesus. Growing up in the vibrant atmosphere of New York City, Jeremiah was surrounded by the energy and creativity of the city, which inspired him to pursue careers in both music and comedy. Immediately after high school, Jeremiah became an audio engineer and worked in numerous studios across New York City, collaborating with a wide range of artists, from Christian hip-hop to mainstream hip-hop. He has also performed stand-up comedy at the renowned Caroline’s on Broadway in Times Square. Despite these accomplishments, he considers the most meaningful decision he and his family made to be their move from New York City to Greeley, Colorado. It has been a leap of faith that deeply shaped their lives. Jeremiah and his family carry a strong passion for young people, particularly young adults. They value community and are committed to building authentic relationships and sharing life with others, both inside and outside the Mosaic family. A dedicated sports fan, Jeremiah proudly supports the Knicks, Yankees, Rangers, and Jets (in that exact order, from best to worst, as he notes). In his spare time, he is an avid gym enthusiast who enjoys powerlifting and maintaining physical strength. He also contributes to Mosaic’s social media efforts through content creation.
