Yarlet serves as the Youth Pastor at Mosaic, where her heart beats for the next generation. Born in Chihuahua, Chihuahua, Mexico, and a native Spanish speaker, Yarlet carries a deep love for the Hispanic community and a desire to see every young person empowered to walk confidently in their faith. She believes that youth have the capacity to drive the church and that their potential is limitless when they are equipped with a strong foundation in Christ. Her passion is to pour into young people, help them discover their calling, and empower them to make a difference in their communities. Alongside her husband, Arturo, Yarlet’s dream is to reach the youth of Northern Colorado, starting with those closest to home right here in Evans. Together, they are committed to building authentic connections and guiding youth toward a deeper relationship with God. Their toddler, Liam, constantly reminds Yarlet of what it means to love, teach, and nurture with patience and grace. Outside of Mosaic, Yarlet works as a Registered Nurse, continuing her ministry of caring for others in every setting. Her hope is to see this generation rise up in courage and faith, knowing they are capable of great things because they serve a God for whom nothing is impossible.
